The Claims Correspondence Analyst will serve as a first point of contact for inquiries related to claims. This role is responsible for handling Explanation of Reimbursement (EOR) requests claim status inquiries general claim-related questions and prescreening information received for initial claim file setups. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
