Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate dependable OnCall Registered Nurse (RN) to provide afterhours clinical support for our patients across Utah County and Salt Lake County. This role ensures timely response to patient needs supports field clinicians and upholds our commitment to highquality patientcentered care.

The OnCall RN will manage urgent calls triage patient concerns complete needed visits and coordinate with the clinical team to maintain continuity of care. This position is ideal for an RN who is confident working independently has strong clinical judgment and thrives in a flexible autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

Provide afterhours triage and support for patients and families.
Perform urgent or PRN nursing visits as needed (wound care symptom management medication issues etc.).
Collaborate with case managers physicians and interdisciplinary team members to address patient needs.
Document all patient interactions accurately and promptly per agency and regulatory standards.
Participate in handoff communication with daytime clinical staff.
Respond to calls within required timeframes and maintain professional compassionate communication.

Qualifications

Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment
Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
Valid drivers license
First aid/CPR certification required

Schedule & Compensation

Oncall shifts include evenings nights weekends and/or holidays as assigned.
Competitive oncall pay plus visit rates for callouts.
