Summary:
The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the growth and profitability of assigned profit centers through operational efficiency and financial reporting. The role involves developing sales goals ensuring reporting accuracy and data-based decisions assisting with estimates enforcing safety compliance ensuring the use of the onboarding process conducting inventory reviews managing capital expenses monitoring and reviewing sales and ensuring the collection procedure is followed.
Responsibilities:
Develop annual sales activity goals in collaboration with the operations manager branch manager account manager and project manager.
Review various reports to ensure accuracy profitability and compliance.
Review and assist managers with estimates as needed.
Ensure safety compliance for each profit center through review and enforcement.
Facilitate employee development support professional growth and ensure employee access and completion of ongoing training to enhance team skills and drive organizational success.
Engage in and support Company and service line initiatives to guide efforts toward successful outcomes.
Perform inventory reviews for applicable operations.
Review and monitor leads proposals and sales for accuracy and results.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years of related industry experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer or software programs necessary to complete job duties.
- Required: Drivers license.
- Required: Must reside in Florida.
- Preffered: Reside in the Orlando area.
- Required: Ability to acquire applicator licenses as necessary per state requirements.
- Required: Ability to complete required safety courses upon hire.
- Required: Ability to operate power equipment.
