Compensation:
- Travelers: $2800/week (Gross for 36 hours)

- Shifts per Week: 3
- Hours per Shift: 12
Role Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care and family support within the full scope of practice. This includes participation in the development implementation monitoring and evaluation of care programs for patients families and the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care addressing physical psychological emotional educational and spiritual patient needs
- Perform observation data collection planning implementation and evaluation of individualized care plans
- Collaborate effectively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Provide clear communication with patients families and care teams
Charge Nurse Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient flow throughout the Emergency Department
- Assign staff and manage department workflow
- Receive pre-arrival reports from EMS and community partners
- Collaborate with triage nurses on walk-in patient needs
- Coordinate with house supervisors for admissions and bed assignments
- Work closely with providers ED technicians ward clerks and crisis evaluators
- Demonstrate strong communication conflict resolution time management and organizational skills
