Job Summary
The Sr Team Lead guides monitors and leads departments by professionally developing members of staff including the Team Supervisor with leading teams focusing on Safety Quality Delivery Inventory and Productivity (SQDIP.)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Creates an inspiring and empowered team environment with an open communication culture through Servant Leadership.
Sets clear team goals.
Delegates tasks and set deadlines.
Listens to team members feedback and resolves any issues or conflicts.
Identifies training needs and provides coaching.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Desired: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Years of experience: Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITY:
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Able to works under little to no supervision
Good organizational and time-management skills
Decision making skills
Computer proficiency to include MS Word MS Excel
Ability to read and comprehend verbal and written instructions.
