American Workforce Group has partnered with a growing property management company to add a skilled Maintenance Repair Technician to their busy team! If you have a wealth of knowledge and pride yourself on being a true handyman we want to talk to you.
Description for Maintenance Repair:
- Handle assigned work orders in an efficient and timely manner.
- Examine and diagnose maintenance problems including electrical plumbing and drywall.
- Perform various repairs and miscellaneous duties as assigned to keep properties in top shape.
Details for Maintenance Repair:
- Pay:$20.00/hour (DOE) plus Benefits
- Schedule: Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays
- Status: Part-Time and Full-Time options available
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior experience with painting preferred.
- Strong background in general handyman and repair skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more regularly.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and in a fast-paced environment.
