Description of Maintenance repair
- Handling assigned work in an efficient and timely manner.
- Examining and diagnosing problems including electrical plumbing drywall etc.
- Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Details of Maintenance repair
- $ 20.00 DOEwith Benefits
- Part time/ Full Time
- Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays.
Requirements and Qualifications of Maintenance repair
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience with painting preferred.
- Experience in handy man type skills.
- Some back ground restrictions may apply.
Physical Requirements of Maintenance repair
- Ability to lift 50lbs or above regularly.
- Willing to work in all weather conditions.
-Can work in a fast pace environment.
