RESPONSIBILITIES
As ourGlobal Merchandisingtraineeyouarein charge ofsupportingthe Project Managers in the conception anddesigndevelopment of temporary in-store animations for fragrance& make uplaunchesin terms of visibility imageretailtainmentand consumer experience within the Merchandising teamworking onBURBERRY GUCCI & MARC JACOBS.
Yourmainrole&responsibilities:
Support the project manager tobriefand deliver thetemporaryand permanentin-store materials for multiple initiatives:Liaise with design agenciesand Fashion Housefrom creative brief toprototypeTDsandartwork production.
Translate creative concept into technical briefs for material purchasing purposes or local production.
Partner in producing adequate merchandising tools for allretailactivities: fromsemi-temporary in-store materialsretailtainmentactivationsfor the various distribution channels on local markets and travel retail.
Assistin project management ensuring deadlinesdelivery.
Prepareand write related merchandising&retailtainmentguidelines.
Conductregularbenchmarking and competitiveanalysisorganise brainstorming.
Deliver the marketsreports post-launch with dataanalysisand field pictures.
Update planograms using IWD software.
Assistthe whole Merchandising Team on daily tasks.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to interact with cross-functional teams and learn about the beauty business environment and international trends. You get energy from working in a fast-pacedandmutli-culturalenvironment. Other than that you are:
Master 1 / Master 2 student (in Business Marketing or Design)
First experience in VM Retail design or Trade Marketing in the beauty or luxury goods industry will be a plus
Open-minded creativecuriousand aware ofbeauty & retail trends
Proficient withMSOffice. Adobe suite would be a plus (Photoshop IllustratororsketchUp)
Ability to work autonomously and multitask in fast-paced collaborative environment
Excellent written and spoken English
Reliable and attention to details
Strong communication&organizationalskills
