Junior Officer Electrical & Instrumentation

Business Title: Junior Officer - Packaging
Reporting to: Senior Manager - Packaging

Role Purpose Statement :
To carry out planned or unplanned maintenance activity and repair activity on various Uttility and Maintenance systems of the plant

Main Accountabilities:
Checking the routine shift work to be done & complete any work pending related to Utility maintenance.
Carry out Routine / Break down / Preventive Maintenance of all plant utilities and related Machines & equipment.
Physically inspections of all pacakaging machines JBM Air compressors N2 Plant Water chillers Ammonia Chillers pumps valves rotary equipment ensure proper functioning of the plant and utilities.
Attending any kinds of trouble shooting or leakage problems in the plant problem solving or providing alternate solution for restarting the plant quickly in case of any breakdown.
Ensuring proper implementation of SOP during Maintenance.
Ensuring strict implementation of safety.
To understand global SHE requirement and follow the global guidelines.
To guide/train the people and ensure implementation of SHE system.
To provide active support to SHE Management system implementation for critical items work permit.
System accident /incident reporting safety training etc. Provide support to organization to meet SHE target.
Proper take over & handover of charge during starting and ending of the shift. Maintaining Log look



Knowledge and Skills :

Technical: Pumps Valves Machines Rotary equipments Motors Grinding M/c. Drilling M/c. Welding M/c. Cutting M/c. Lath M/c. Hydraulic Press Alfa Level Separator Tools proper use of all other tools & tackles required for maintenance etc

Education & Experience:
ITI (E&I)/diploma in E&I

2-3 Years of Experience from any manufacturing industry
