Due to the growth of our business we are looking for aBusiness Services Support Supervisor who will be responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive support structure for our consulting Client.
As a Business Services Support Supervisor you will provide high-level administrative organizational and operational support to senior leadership while overseeing a team of two assistants. You will ensure smooth daily operations efficient processes and timely delivery of key business support activities.

This role requires strong stakeholder management proactive problemsolving and the ability to balance handson tasks with team leadership responsibilities.

Your key responsibilities

1. Productive tasks 60% (supervision and execution)

Executive Support & Stakeholder Management:

• Comprehensive calendar and meeting management including scheduling and coordination
• Travel and expense management ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with internal guidelines
• Development of communications summaries and presentations
• Monitoring and managing deadlines to ensure timely delivery of required tasks and documentation
• Coordinating team events workshops and activities including logistics
• Building strong relationships with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency

Business Operations & Data Management:

• Ownership of internal files logs registers and reporting cycles
• SharePoint site administration and content ownership including maintenance of structure and access
• Distribution list governance to maintain accurate communication channels
• Coordination and processing of invoices and billing acting on behalf of the supported Client

2. Team coordination / people management 40%

• Daytoday supervision and guidance of two business support assistants
• Allocation and prioritization of tasks across the team ensuring balanced workload
• Providing coaching feedback and development opportunities
• Ensuring highquality consistent support delivery and adherence to internal standards
• Acting as a point of escalation for complex queries or issues

To qualify for the role you must have

• Outstanding ownership for delivery on time
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral)
• Ability to cooperate in a dynamic matrix organization undergoing constant transformation
• Strong peoplemanagement skills being a transformative and openminded leader
• Strong stakeholder management skills including active listening and influencing
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word PowerPoint Excel)

Ideally youll also have

• Experience in a clientdriven or professional services environment
• Experience with MS Teams and PowerPoint
