Requisiti di base:

• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta - Liv. B2/C1;

• Buone conoscenze informatiche con particolare riferimento a Microsoft Power Point Word Excel;

• Ottime Capacità organizzative allo scopo di rispettare gli obiettivi e le tempistiche assegnate

• Capacità di lavorare in team;

• Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio;

• Senso di responsabilità e orientamento ai risultati;

Requisiti preferibili:

• Capacità di ragionare strategicamente e analiticamente.

• Capacità di lavorare in modo proattivo;

• Proposensione alla risoluzione di problemi

Cosa farai

Obiettivi e modalità del tirocinio

Lo stage sarà eseguito nel team Quality Compliance presso lazienda Glaxo Smith Kline di Parma.

Lo scopo è:

• Supportare un progetto di implementazione di certificazione di rilascio prodotto standardizzata e/o automatica.

• Sviluppare competenze pratiche nella gestione di documentazione GMP allinterno di un contesto qualitativo.

Principali attività

• Attività di creazione certificati di rilascio prodotto

• Partecipazione a piccoli progetti di area volti allottimizzazione degli standard work

Competenze da sviluppare

Nello specifico il tirocinante acquisirà le principali competenze inerenti alle seguenti attività:

• Applicazione delle regolamentazioni GMP (inclusi i concetti ALCOA);

• Gestione documentale allinterno dei processi GMP

• Conoscenza delle caratteristiche e funzioni del lavoro in team

• Organizzazione aziendale per una corretta comprensione di tutti i processi aziendali

• Conoscenza e utilizzo di software gestionali (M-ERP VQMS)
