What You Will Do:
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment prep areas walk-ins and storage spaces
- Wash and store dishes pots pans glasses and utensils in designated areas
- Manage trash and recycling including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area
- Support kitchen and event teams with setup breakdown and occasional dish-up assistance
- Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces
What We Are Looking For:
- No experience No problem! Well train the right candidate
- Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand bend or squat for long periods
- A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work mornings nights weekends and holidays
