Schedule: Full-Time 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
About the Opportunity
We are partnering with an established healthcare group in Everett WA to place a direct hire Mental Health Therapist. This is a full-time permanent onsite role offering stability a supportive clinical environment and long-term growth.
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist holding one of the following credentials: LMHC LICSW or LCSWA. The therapist will provide services to individuals families or groups while supporting clients in achieving emotional and mental well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual group and/or family therapy
- Conduct client assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community resources
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards
Qualifications
- Active Washington State license as LMHC LICSW or LCSWA
- Masters degree in Counseling Social Work or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in behavioral health settings preferred (new grads with LCSWA encouraged to apply)
