What Youll be doing:
- Validating and processing customer orders ensuring precise pricing product information and all necessary documentation are in place.
- Managing the order backlog coordinating fulfillment cycles and supporting accurate timely revenue booking activities.
- Reviewing verifying and maintaining records for customer contracts purchase orders and supporting documents.
- Partnering closely with Sales Finance and Revenue teams to resolve discrepancies and facilitate smooth order flow.
- Ensuring on-time delivery and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Identifying process inefficiencies and proposing data-driven improvements to enhance operational productivity.
- Participating in automation initiatives supporting system enhancements and engaging in user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles
What Youll Need:
- Bachelors degree or higher with 1 3 years of revelent experience in order management or sales operations.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
- Proven ability to independently manage prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks with strong ownership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience participating in process automation or system upgrade initiatives is a plus
- Flexible to work in night shifts as per business requirements.
