Ideally we prefer the incoming NP/PA has experience and/or background in hormone therapy and functional medicine with a plus if the candidate has regen med and/or BHRT experience. Must have excellent communication and leadership skills be committed to continuous learning and have a passion for innovation in healthcare.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed patient histories and physical exams
- Develop personalized root-cause-focused care plans
- Educate and counsel patients on next steps in a clear compassionate way
- Collaborate with the medical director and clinical team
- Document thoroughly using EMR and AI-powered scribe technology
- Provide follow-up care to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed
- Graduation from an Accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
- PA-C/NP Licensed in OH
- Prior experience in functional integrative hormone therapy or holistic medicine preferred
- Full time (Mon-Friday)
- $140k/year (depending on experience and training)
