We are seeking a passionate and experiencedNurse Practitioneror Physician Assistant to join our collaborative clinical team full time in Cleveland OH. This role involves comprehensive patient assessments care plan development and the implementation of evidence-based treatments that span lifestyle diet peptides medications supplements and more. Ideally we prefer the incoming NP/PA has experience and/or background in hormone therapy and functional medicine with a plus if the candidate has regen med and/or BHRT experience. Must have excellent communication and leadership skills be committed to continuous learning and have a passion for innovation in healthcare.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed patient histories and physical exams
  • Develop personalized root-cause-focused care plans
  • Educate and counsel patients on next steps in a clear compassionate way
  • Collaborate with the medical director and clinical team
  • Document thoroughly using EMR and AI-powered scribe technology
  • Provide follow-up care to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an Accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
  • PA-C/NP Licensed in OH
  • Prior experience in functional integrative hormone therapy or holistic medicine preferred
Schedule:
  • Full time (Mon-Friday)
Salary (range):
  • $140k/year (depending on experience and training)
