Position Overview
The Graphic Assembler is responsible for the final assembly of all graphic print materials frames structures and components. This position reports to Manager Graphic Production.
Key Job Responsibilities
Graphic Production
Fabricate and assemble aluminum banner frames.
Wrap banners or other fabrics to frames or theatrical flats as needed.
Provide finishing to printed substrates including cutting hems gromets sewing edging and assembly.
Partner with Fabrication department on applying graphics substrates to custom fabricated items.
Material inventory is recorded and consistently maintained.
Assist in all areas of graphic production.
Work directly with the graphic detailers and department manager ensuring quality and accuracy.
Provide on-site installation services if required.
Meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
Operate forklift if required and with company provided training.
Other duties assigned.

Follow all applicable OSHA and corporate safety protocols and regulations.
Maintain a safe working environment by maintaining a clean organized workspace.
Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment.

Job Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
3 years of experience in assembling equipment.
Able to take direction delegate and show attention to detail.
Communicate clearly both verbally and through computers apps and relevant software.
Experience at working in a collaborative team environment.

Warehouse/Venue
Work is performed at event venues as well as in a warehouse environment. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Hargrove based in a warehouse environment and when traveling on an individual venue or a representation of venues in that city or area. When in the Warehouse work will be completed in an environment with exposure to outdoor temperatures and to dirt sand and/or dust. The working conditions will vary between moderately quiet to noisy volumes. Team members may use high-end audio-visual equipment and electrical components. Working times may include irregular hours and on-call status including days evenings weekends and holidays.
