POSITION:	Special Education Teacher - Elementary Learning Support Long Term Per Diem Substitute
LOCATION:	Mill Creek Elementary School
AVAILABLE:	March 23 2026 - June 12 2026 (end date TBD)
COMPENSATION:	$200.00 p/ full day
DESCRIPTION:	The successful candidate will have solid ability to prepare direct and deliver instruction to students in special needs classes. Candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge of content and pedagogy and knowledge of Pennsylvanias Academic Standards. Utilization of crisis prevention techniques/strategies (including possible restraint as a last resort) with students who require such in their IEP. Training will be provided via CBSD.
REQUIREMENTS:	Bachelors Degree and PA Special Education PK-8 certification (content area certificate required for issuance). Elementary certification preferred. Bachelors Degree and PA Special Education PK-12 (certificate discontinued 8/31/2013/content area certificate required).
