Job Summary
Tikehau Capital is a leading global alternative asset manager with 52.8bn in assets under management.
The Private Equity division (8bn in AuM) is a core driver of the Groups growth pursuing differentiated strategies across Europe and globally.
Within Private Equity our UK team is dedicated to investing in mid-market businesses across several strategic investment themes: i) Energy Transition ii) Aerospace & Defence and iii) Regenerative Agriculture.
Responsibilities:
Deal Execution
- Support with due diligence market and company analysis and financial modelling
- Assist in preparing investment memoranda for committees
Origination & Sourcing
- Conduct market mapping and identify potential investment opportunities
- Screen new prospects and participate in meetings with advisors entrepreneurs and management teams
Portfolio Management
- Monitoring and value creation initiatives across portfolio companies
Profile:
- The ideal candidate is flexible proactive and possesses strong analytical and communication skills
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree from a Business School or University with a specialisation in Economics Finance or other relevant fields;
- Previous internship experience in Investment Banking / Private Equity / Consulting is preferred but not a requirement;
- Skilled in Word PowerPoint and Excel;
- Experience with financial analysis and a solid understanding of key accounting principles;
