Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Maintain up-to-date scientific and clinical knowledge in assigned therapeutic areas (Infectious Diseases Allergology Immune Deficiencies) through literature review expert discussions congress participation and crossfunctional collaboration.
Represent the company to external stakeholders including medical professionals patient groups public officials and scientific organizations.
Provide strategic and operational medical input into brand strategies including developing and executing Medical Plans and KOL/stakeholder engagement plans.
Deliver therapeutic and product expertise across functions and support market access activities with accurate scientific content.
Review promotional and regulatory materials to ensure medical accuracy compliance and alignment with guidelines and local regulations.
Handle medical inquiries manage Safety Information Letters (SILs) oversee grants and sponsorships and support publication management for assigned brands.
Collaborate with regional/global Medical Affairs share best practices and contribute to SOP development updates and implementation.
Ensure all medical activities comply with SOPs GCP ICH standards and local regulations including proper reporting of adverse events.
Foster strong internal relationships engage in continuous learning uphold company values and perform additional duties assigned by Medical Affairs leadership.
Our Requirements:
Medical faculty or master degree in related life sciences
Practical experience in therapeutical area of care
Fluent English
High level of communication skills
Team working ability
Influential skills
Managing complexity
Business acumen
Compensation Structure & Criteria:
Sandoz compensation isdeterminedby job level qualifications niche skills experience and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data informourrangeplacement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes market alignment and business needs.

Pay range(monthlysalary)zł/gross : 15 209- 28 241
- Annualperformance-basedbonus:15%
