As a Co-Manager you will be a leader who plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store primarily guided by the Store Manager. This role executes strategies to improve customer service drive store sales increase profitability and implement marketing and promotional directives to increase sales and grow our existing customer base. You will be responsible for driving high store standards and conditions while fostering a positive team environment developing associates of all levels to prepare them best to successfully obtain their career goals .
