What will your duties be
Welcome our guests at the hostel providing assistance and information as well as performing administrative and commercial tasks according to your position.
Handle check-ins and check-outs and assign rooms/apartments to guests.
Provide guests with all requested information and services during their stay.
Perform customer invoicing.
Handle customer complaints and issues reporting to your supervisor for resolution.
Manage and audit work performed throughout the day.
Support during events and brand experience strategies ensuring a seamless guest experience and reinforcing brand identity.
What are we looking for
At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar position
Advanced level of English
Other languages will be valued
Multi-tasking and organisational capability

1 day per week - 12h shift (11.5h after break)
