JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Department of Materials Sciene and Engineering is seeking applicants for part-time job of graduate student researcher for Summer 2026. This is for a project involving contacts to 2D semiconductors and atomic layer deposition.
Job duties to include:
- perform experiments
- collect and manage data
- analyze the data
Requirements qualifications and/or competencies:
- should be a trained user of the Nanofab
- should be familiar with at least one ALD reactor
- must have already completed graduate coursework on semiconductor characterization and metals in electronics
Compensation:
The starting rate for this job is $18.68/hr.
