Job Description:

Examples of Work:
The HR Business Partner IIpartners closely with leaders to support effective performance management and enhance the overall employee experience. This position is assigned an area of the agency providing consultation coaching and support to leaders and employees.
- Develop strong relationships with leaders to understand operational priorities and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Promote collaboration between HR teams and business units to deliver coordinated and responsive support.
- Use workforce data and insights to identify trends and recommend strategies that strengthen team performance and organizational effectiveness.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Conduct effective thorough and objective investigations.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a related field and one year of related experience. Experience may be substituted for education on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR Certification as PHR SPHR SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
- Experience working in complex multi-site or public sector organizations.
- Experience coaching leaders on performance management and conflict resolution.
Other:Some travel and independent travel will be required. Must possess a valid Nebraska Drivers License
