The Role
Telnyx is building the infrastructure for Voice AI and we need a Technical Recruiter who can find the engineers making it happen.
Youll own full life-cycle recruitment for engineering and technical roles globally. We move fast hire the best and use data to optimize everything. If you thrive in high-growth environments and love the hunt for exceptional talent this is your role.
Responsibilities
Own the full recruiting cycle sourcing screening interviewing closing. You run your reqs like a business.
Hire globally We dont limit searches to one geography. Youll find the best talent wherever they are.
Partner deeply with hiring managers Understand the tech the team dynamics and what great looks like for each role.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience Every interaction reflects who we are. Candidates should want to join even if they dont get the offer.
Tell the Telnyx story Youre a brand ambassador. Youll articulate our mission culture and why Voice AI infrastructure matters.
Optimize with data Track your pipeline measure what works and continuously improve how we hire.
Build a diverse team We believe diverse perspectives build better products. Youll actively source from underrepresented talent pools.
Who Were Looking For
3 years in technical recruiting ideally at a high-growth startup or tech company
Proven track record hiring engineers globally you know how to close top talent in competitive markets
Startup DNA youre adaptable pragmatic and take ownership of outcomes (not just activity)
Creative sourcer you go beyond LinkedIn to find hidden talent through communities events and unconventional channels
Strong communicator who can translate technical roles into compelling opportunities
Data-minded you use metrics to inform decisions not just report on them
