Location: Bengaluru

Responsibilities:

• Integrates business specific needs from a technical solution design perspective and delivers effort estimates for those solutions
• Design & development of dashboards volume reports operating summaries and presentations and graphs.
• Work with business & scrum team to identify define & develop specifications for KPI dashboards and reporting requirements
• Publishing reports to and setting up the necessary connection details and scheduling.
• Work on performance optimization of the dashboards and reports
• Testing & Production release steps
• Perform Prototyping and POC in support of requirements definition or technical design questions
• Resolve defects during test cycles and hyper care

Key Skills:

• Power BI Modelling (Relationship/DAX) & Visualization
• Should possess excellent SQL skills
• Proficient at data visualization using Power BI and a strong application development.
• Proficiency in SQL Data Warehousing and Data Modeling concepts is mandatory.
• Hands on experience of data modelling in Power BI AAS or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Power BI cloud workspaces gateways premium capacity publishing scheduling User Access Management is a requisite
• Implementation of Row Level Security by defining various constraints for each defined role
• Excellent in writing DAX
• Expert knowledge using advanced calculations using MS Power BI (Aggregate Date Logical String Table)
• Good at creating different visualizations using Bar Chart Slicers Lines Pies Histograms Maps Scatter Bullets Heat Maps Tree maps etc.
• Performance tuning (pushdown logic calculated columns and measures data loading strategies filtering data variables)
• Experience in Custom Visuals and Groups Creation.
• Experience in Managing Embed Codes
• Experience in Data Gateway for data refreshing content Pack Library.
• Experience in working with data sources like Azure Analysis Services RDBMS
• Excellent communication skills (written & oral)

Nice to Have

• Azure Data Bricks (Python/Scala) Azure Data Factory Azure Synapse Analytics
• Azure Dev Ops Knowledge and experience in other Data visualization tools such as Tableau Qlik Sense etc is an added advantage
• Experience setting up data connections mobility writing functions and using advanced features like ESRI NLP scripting R & python etc. is preferred
  Knowledge on Power BI Mobile is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications / Certifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science information technology management information systems or equivalent work experience
• Experience working in regulated environments and with internal systems quality policies and procedures.
• Experience in development and deployment on cloud infrastructure.
• Azure Certifications (Azure Data Engineer Associate Azure Solutions Architect).
