Job Summary

.NET Senior SME

Hybrid (Candidates must be Local to the DMV area)

Interview mode: Virtual (However client may switch to in-person at their discretion.)

Seeking a .NET SME for an existing development project with one of our premier DC Customers. This position is for someone with experience in ETL Back-End Front-End application design and development.

This is a very high level position and this candidates need to be familiar with structured development methodologies and Agile methodology along with release management techniques. The candidate must have experience with software development within framework and real time systems programming languages software testing/quality assurance proficiency in programming languages such as C# and JavaScript. Additionally the candidate must be proficient with MVC 5 responsive design and Web API. The candidate must also be an excellent communicator capable of leveraging technical and business comprehension to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Provides assessments of technical and operational practices based on leading industry standards specific to the technology requested.
Develops technical applications to support users.
Develops implements maintains and enforces documented standards and procedures for the design development installation modification and documentation of assigned systems.
Provides training for system products and procedures to other technical resources as needed.
Performs application upgrades.
Performs monitoring maintenance or reporting on real- time databases real-time network and serial data communications and real-time graphics and logic applications.
Trouble shoots system issues as needed.
Ensures project life cycle is in compliance with District standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

16 years experience with Software Development Lifecycle.
16 years experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
16 years Enterprise experience.
Expert level experience in documenting business processes and flow.
Experience aligning IT strategy and planning with the companys business goals.
Experience delivering highly scalable architecture solutions that supports mobile and web environment.
Experienced in web technologies with mobile app design experience.
Understanding of relational databases and strong SQL skills.
Experience with large complex data sets.
