Job Summary
Job Title: Business Analyst ( CBAP or PMP certified) 13 years of experience
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience performing business analysis by eliciting and analyzing stakeholder requirements using techniques such as JAD sessions interviews requirement workshops and user story creation and documenting As-Is and To-Be processes into verified functional and non-functional requirements.
- Skilled in creating and maintaining software development artifacts for effective communication of requirements including context diagrams use cases swim lane diagrams report specifications wireframes UI specifications and non-functional requirements.
- Proven ability to facilitate requirement workshops structured walkthroughs and JAD sessions ensuring clear communication of requirements and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Experienced in test planning test case creation defect management and coordinating with development teams and end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Proficient in requirements management throughout the full lifecycle including Requirements Management Plan development requirements traceability establishing baselines and managing change control.
- Experience working on healthcare applications including patient records billing and finance and human resources systems.
- Holds CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification from IIBA or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI.
