Job Summary

Northwest Partners is supporting a major initiative with a top-tier organization in the insurance technology space and is looking for an experienced IT Manager to contribute to the success of this work. This role focuses on leading application services delivery managing teams and driving strategic technology initiatives that align with business goals.

What YOU will do
Lead and manage application services portfolios ensuring successful delivery of enterprise IT solutions
Oversee planning estimation budgeting and execution of projects and initiatives
Allocate resources effectively across projects maintenance and support activities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements scope and expected outcomes
Drive strategic initiatives and support enterprise transformation efforts
Lead project teams using established project management methodologies
Monitor project schedules budgets and deliverables ensuring alignment with expectations
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to support successful outcomes
Communicate project and portfolio status to stakeholders and leadership
Contribute to continuous improvement of software delivery processes and lifecycle practices
Support development of strategic IT roadmap and associated budget planning
Manage prioritization of incoming work and resolve delivery challenges

What YOU will bring us
Bachelors degree in information technology or related field
Experience in software development and application services environments
Strong leadership experience managing technical teams and resources
Ability to plan execute and oversee complex IT initiatives
Experience working with enterprise application platforms and systems
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
