Reinsurance Business Systems Analyst

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Strong expertise in Reinsurance domain Treaty Facultative Proportional & Non Proportional reinsurance.
Hands on experience with requirements gathering BRD/FSD creation process flows and gap analysis.
Proficiency in SQL data analysis and validating premium/claims/bordereaux data.
Strong understanding of reinsurance accounting (ceded premium loss recoverable statements of accounts).
Experience with UAT/SIT test planning test case creation execution and defect management.
Familiarity with reinsurance systems (SAP FS RI SAPIENS SRM Genius or similar) and upstream/downstream integrations.

Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather refine and translate requirements into functional/technical specifications.
Lead analysis and solution design for reinsurance processes system enhancements and BAU items.
Perform detailed data validation mapping and root-cause analysis for premium/claims movements.
Prepare process documents workflows and functional artefacts; facilitate requirement walkthroughs.
Coordinate SIT/UAT cycles ensuring quality delivery and traceability from requirements to test results.
Act as a liaison between business IT vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Ability to manage multiple workstreams prioritize tasks and deliver within timelines.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
