Customer Service Associate, Fertilizer

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Customer Service Associate on a temporary basis. This position is a hybrid opportunity primarily working from home however can also be based at one of the following FCL Fertilizer Terminals: Grassy Lake AB; Hanley SK; or Brandon or Winnipeg MB.

Do you have experience dealing with accounts payable/receivables and are interested in exploring the fertilizer industry This role is the perfect opportunity for you to do so!

What youll do:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivables invoices within set deadlines.

• Interact with suppliers to rectify invoices.

• Assist Fertilizer Specialist in supplier purchase order retail co-op work order and release number management.

• May provide coverage and assistance to Fertilizer Terminal Coordinators as needed.

• Other duties as required.

The Team:You will work closely with the Fertilizer Commercial strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration with lots of areas to learn and grow.

Our Agro team helps to feed and grow Western Canadian communities by sourcing and distributing products and services to local Co-ops in the feed crop supplies and fertilizer business.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Administration and:

• You have a High School Diploma.

• You have two years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable or Administration (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).

• You have intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and superior accuracy and problem-solving skills.

• Youre able to manage a diverse and changing workload in a fast-paced environment.
