As a Security Officer Dispatch Operator in Fountain Valley CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. Position Type: Full Time - Swing Shift

Pay Rate: $20.09 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures communication protocols and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor radio telephone alarm and/or camera activity from a dispatch or control center location and communicate security-related information to on-site personnel and/or local contacts.
• Receive prioritize and document calls for service incidents maintenance concerns and/or unusual activity then dispatch the appropriate personnel in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Maintain detailed logs incident reports and shift activity records and relay updates to supervisors client representatives and/or responding agencies as needed.
• Support government location operations by helping to coordinate routine and critical communications track the status of assigned personnel and follow post orders and site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
