We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Safety Administrator to support safety operations on the Meta 10X Data Center project.
Position Summary
The Safety Administrator supports the jobsite Safety Team by ensuring accurate documentation maintaining PPE inventory and assisting field personnel with safety-related needs. This role is essential to maintaining compliance organization and efficiency across all safety processes on the project.
This position is best suited for an individual who is highly organized detail-oriented and committed to supporting a strong safety culture in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Document Control & Compliance
Maintain and organize safety documentation including Pre-Task Planners (PTPs) Daily Equipment Inspections and Accountability Cards
Ensure all documents are accurately filed in both hard copy and digital systems
Maintain sufficient inventory of blank safety forms for field use
Ensure all safety documentation is complete accurate and audit-ready
Inventory & PPE Management
Conduct weekly inventory of PPE and report status to Safety Leadership
Maintain appropriate PPE stock levels for all personnel
Assist employees with retrieving PPE from designated storage areas
Administrative Support
Receive track and distribute Safety Incentive Program materials
Provide administrative support to Safety Managers and field teams
Maintain a clean organized and efficient job trailer
Field & Training Support
Attend daily morning huddle at 6:45 AM
Administer site orientations once trained and approved
Serve as a resource for safety documentation and general inquiries
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
13 years of administrative or construction-related experience preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage both paper and digital filing systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
Strong communication skills with both field personnel and leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in construction safety or field administration
Familiarity with safety documentation and compliance processes
OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain)
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in both office and field environments
Prolonged periods of standing walking and sitting
Ability to lift and move PPE materials as needed
Ability to safely navigate active construction sites
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday 6:00 AM 4:00 PM
Saturday work as needed based on project demands
