Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) in theOrtho Bone & Joint / Med-Surg unitprovides comprehensive patient care by assessing planning implementing and evaluating individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patientsmental physical and spiritual needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records
- Support a positive work environment through professional communication
- Participate in continuing education
- Meet core quality and patient care standards
