- Develop and implement coaching strategies for underperforming shippers

- Manage performance metrics and report on progress to key stakeholders

A day in the life
As a Shipper Performance Coach youll start your day reviewing performance data and identifying trends. Youll then conduct coaching sessions with shippers offering tailored advice to improve their processes. Throughout the day youll collaborate with various teams to implement new strategies and track their effectiveness. Youll also participate in innovation sessions brainstorming ways to revolutionize the transportation shipper experience.

- High school or equivalent diploma
- 2 years of experience in logistics transportation supply chain operations or vendor/partner management
- 1 years of experience analyzing performance data and identifying improvement opportunities
- 1 years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook Word and Excel)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional evenings or weekends to support shipper partners across time zones

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or related field
- 3 years of experience in transportation logistics or supply chain operations
- Experience coaching training or managing performance of external vendors or partners
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL Tableau QuickSight or advanced Excel
- Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) or warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build strong partnerships with external stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced metrics-driven environment with competing priorities
- Knowledge of transportation regulations compliance requirements and industry best practices

The starting pay for this position is listed below. Final starting pay will be based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
