Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing developing and deploying Workday integrations. The ideal candidate must be Workday Certified (Integration Core CCTPP and Studio) and have deep expertise in Workday Studio EIB Core Connectors and APIs.
This role requires a blend of technical integration expertise functional understanding (Finance/Payroll) and leadership capabilities to deliver scalable high-quality integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Workday Integration Development

Build and maintain complex inbound/outbound integrations

Ensure integration solutions are scalable secure and high-performing
Reporting & Data Solutions

Develop and maintain:

Workday reports and dashboards

Integration-driven reporting solutions

Design complex reports to support integration requirements

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
Troubleshooting & Support

Diagnose and resolve issues related to Workday integrations

Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes

Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing integrations
Functional Collaboration

Work closely with stakeholders across:

Finance

Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Contribute to HR data and analytics strategy
Integration & System Connectivity

Required Skills & Experience

7 years of experience in Workday Integration Development

Minimum 5 years of experience in:

Workday Financials implementation & integration

Minimum 3 years in a lead role managing integration projects

Strong hands-on experience with:

PECI PICOF APIs

XSLT 3.0 / XML transformations
