Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Camunda Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot workflow automation and backend integration. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience developing BPMN workflows in Camunda integrating microservices and managing endtoend process orchestration. This role requires strong technical depth and the ability to collaborate with technical business and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Camunda Workflow Development

Develop maintain and optimize Camunda BPMN process applications using Spring Boot.
Implement External Tasks Java Delegates Execution Listeners Task Listeners.
Handle long-running workflows process optimizations retries and incident management.
Configure and manage Camunda Cockpit Tasklist and Admin modules.

Backend Integration

Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
Integrate Camunda workflows with external systems such as:
- REST
- SOAP
- MQ messaging
- Kafka / event streaming systems
Implement authentication & authorization using OAuth2 JWT or LDAP.

Database & Messaging

Work with relational databases (Oracle SQL Server) and/or NoSQL databases.
Manage data persistence transactions and performance optimization.

DevOps & CI/CD

Work with CI/CD pipelines automated build/deployment tools.
Follow Agile methodologies participate in sprints story grooming and daily standups.

General Responsibilities

Collaborate with business teams architects and leadership stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance debugging expertise and performance tuning.
Support workflows in the Credit Card industry (preferred experience).
Ensure secure development practices and highquality code delivery.

Required Skills

6-8 years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Camunda BPM
- Spring Boot & RESTful API development
- Oracle / SQL Server / NoSQL databases
Strong understanding of event-driven/messaging systems (MQ Kafka).
Experience with transactions retries error handling and workflow incident resolution.
Strong debugging problemsolving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Agile & CI/CD practices.

Desirable Skills

Experience in Credit Card / Financial services domain.
Knowledge of:
- OAuth2 JWT LDAP
- Event streaming patterns
- Microservices integration
Familiarity with DevOps tools and monitoring frameworks.
