The Opportunity

We are seeking aProduct Line Manager (PLM)to own the strategy roadmap and execution for our next-generationmulti-terabit optical engines.

HowYoullContribute

• Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for high-capacity optical engines (100G200G/lane multi-terabit systems).
  • Anticipate customer needs and align products to Hyperscaler AI/ML infrastructure and networking roadmaps.
  • Work with executive leadership to set pricing positioning and go-to-market strategy.
• Customer & Market Engagement
  • Act as the primary interface with hyperscalers networking OEMs and semiconductor partners.
  • Collect and translate customer requirements into product features and specifications.
  • Build business cases market analyses and competitive positioning for product decisions.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Drive collaboration across engineering sales operations and executive teams to deliver on time and within budget.
  • Define MRDs (Market Requirement Documents) and PRDs (Product Requirement Documents).
  • Ensure seamless new product introduction (NPI) and lifecycle management.
• Performance & Metrics
  • Track KPIs across revenue margins adoption rate and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for differentiation in power efficiency bandwidth density and cost per bit.

WhatYoullBring

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Physics Computer Engineering or related field (Masters or MBA preferred).
• 5 years of experience in product management business development or technical marketing in optical interconnects photonics or semiconductor industries.
• Strong technical understanding of silicon photonics optical engines pluggables or Co-Packaged Optics (CPO).
• Proven success managing multi-terabit interconnect products or high-speed networking technologies (Ethernet PCIe InfiniBand etc.).
• Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills with ability to engage C-level and technical stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving new product adoption in emerging markets.
