Youll mentor engineers guide technical strategy and deliver projects tied to operational goals capital investments ROI and product development. Highlights of your role
Lead and develop the Engineering team including hiring training performance management and overall department direction.
Youre a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- Bachelors degree in Engineering is required
- Strong written and oral communication are required
- A minimum of five years experience in a manufacturing setting is ideal
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook etc.) is required
- Demonstrated strong project management skills required
- Excellent self direction and time management.
