Responsibilities

Build relationships & create customers for life.
Acquire used vehicle inventory for the dealership by appraising service customer vehicles.
Handle all inbound leads from customers wanting to sell their vehicles to the dealership.
Assist customers in valuing their vehicles and in some cases setting them up with a salesperson to upgrade their car.
This is not a sales position but instead a dedicated position aimed at helping the dealership acquire inventory from local customers.
Direct report to the Used Vehicle Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses.

Qualifications

Available to work flexible hours and weekends
Tech-Savvy
Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
Eager to improve
Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
Professional well-groomed personal appearance
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
