What Youll Be Doing
- Operate a front-end loader to safely and efficiently manage aggregate materials
- Maintain proper stockpile levels and ensure material quality
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Assist with plant operations cleanup and material handling as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
What We Are Looking For
- Proven ability to safely operate heavy equipment with attention to detail
- Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety practices
- Capability to perform physical tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Reliability teamwork and strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support daily plant needs
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level
What We Offer
