Job Summary
Drapery Connection is seeking a motivated hands-on individual to join our team as a Window Treatment Installer Apprentice & Warehouse Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning skilled trades working with tools and staying organized in a warehouse environment. You will learn measuring mounting and installing window treatments including blinds shades shutters motorized systems and draperies and hardware.
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn a trade.
- Experience in construction carpentry or similar trade helpful.
- Comfortable using basic tools and learning new equipment
- Professional communication and customer service attitude.
- Ability to use tall ladder (10)
- Ability to lift up to 50lb
- Basic knowledge of measurements and math skills
- Smart phone
- Must pass a background check
- Must have a valid drivers license
