What you will do:
- Source and reach out to top talent via LinkedIn and various job boards.
- Manage high-volume candidate correspondence and screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews and lead candidate preparation sessions.
- Ensure our data and recruitment metrics are accurate and up to date.
What we are looking for:
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
- A "workhorse" mentality - you are proactive dedicated and handle high volumes with ease.
- Must be tech savvy and know your way around a computer.
- A collaborative spirit - you fit right into a supportive team environment.
- Own transport is essential (we are in the Southern Suburbs but off the main public transport routes).
