Location: Lancashire (Multi-site; Registered Manager responsibilities at one hospital)
Full Time 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking an exceptional and visible clinical leader to take on the position of Head of Clinical Operations providing senior clinical leadership across our Buckshaw Euxton Hall and Fulwood Hall Hospitals. This is a key strategic role at the heart of our organisation responsible for setting and assuring high clinical standards strengthening governance and ensuring our hospitals consistently meet CQC Fundamental Standards.
The Role
As the Head of Clinical Operations you will provide strategic and operational leadership across Fulwood Hall Euxton Hall and Buckshaw Hospitals. You will oversee multisite clinical services be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe high-quality patient centred care while driving continuous improvement in clinical standards operational performance and regulatory compliance.
In addition you will act as the Registered Manager for Fulwood Hall hospital ensuring full compliance with CQC requirements and setting the benchmark for excellence in governance and service delivery.
