Job Summary

Domestic Considerations: MUST be capable of meeting 6hrs Notice to Effect (NTE) requirement to support London Resilience Partnership.
Position Role: With JRLO Plans provide lead and liaison with civil authorities emergency services and OGD involved in UK Ops within the Greater London Area.
Responsibilities:
1. Exploit knowledge of London Resilience structures to enable joint planning and delivery of resilience operations.
2. Assess and communicate hostile and resilience risks to inform HQ LONDIST and London Resilience preparedness.
3. Manage the J2/LO network to collate fuse and disseminate information maintaining shared situational awareness.
4. Act as Defence SME to the London Resilience Partnership supporting crisis response and major event planning. 5. Deliver HQ LONDIST readiness through joint training with Defence emergency services and civil partners..
6. Support SJC(UK) operational planning and training; attend UK Ops training across Defence and resilience institutions..
7. Support ceremonial operations including KBP and BRIDGE; deliver Defence contribution to the Lord Mayors Show..
8. As Duty JRLO provide 24/7 on-call cover; maintain 6-hr NTM for UK Ops and 3-hr NTM for Op BANKNOTE .
