Operational Finance Assistant Cost Match
The Cost Match Operational Finance Assistant takes the responsibility for correct and on time verification of transport related costs and approval of invoices as well as regular updates of carrier rates database; implementing new processes accordingly to the time plan; optimization of processes; taking part in other processes supporting operational teams within DSV.
Tasks and Responsabilities
- Implementing processes accordingly to the specified schedule of migrations.
- Verifying transport costs and approving Invoices.
- Regular updating of carrier rates database as per schedule.
- Performing tasks in a timely manner.
- Accomplishing goals accordingly to expectations and monitoring if they are within targets.
- Acting accordingly to the law regulations specified for the handled process.
- Optimization of performed processes.
- Cooperation with other DSV companies in the country and abroad.
- Reporting for the purposes of DSV Group in Poland and abroad.
- Collecting sorting and archiving documentation generated during daily work accordingly to rules specified in the Team.
- Following internal rules settled in the team in terms of tasks and purpose of the position.
- Performing other entrusted tasks related to the position.
- Compliance with internal regulations procedures law and managers orders including labor regulations regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company including companys intellectual property protection.
- Behaviors and attitudes consistent with the values.
- Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.
Education and skills
- Bachelor or master degree
- Knowledge of English on B2 level
Minimal work experience
- Experience in administrative work
- Good to have: minimum 6 month of experience in finance or logistics
