- Empower your team to build strong customer relationships and deliver sales through exceptional service.
- Inspire and motivate your colleagues daily to achieve outstanding results.
- Create a thriving positive store environment where colleagues and customers feel valued.
- Lead from the front supporting customers with frame styling clinical pretesting dispensing and tailored product recommendations.
- Use your commercial insight and understanding of the local community to shape store strategy build external relationships and optimise both patient care and profitability.
- Collaborate with your Regional Manager regional colleagues and Support Office to influence change and drive business performance.
- Develop your clinical knowledge through our industryleading Step into Optics training programme and handson instore experience.
- Experience leading a large team within a retail setting (Optical experience not essential)
- Experience working within a clinical or optical environment.
- Experience leading a team in a customerfacing setting.
