Our Packaging Procurement team at Tropicana Brands Group Europe team is now looking for a Europe Packaging Procurement Officer!
If you enjoy connecting the dots and driving change this role is for you. Youll collaborate across functions to align priorities and elevate procurement strategies while constantly pushing for smarter more efficient ways of working. Backed by strong expertise in supply chain procurement contracting and negotiation and a sharp commercial mindset. Youll lead with influence and make a measurable impact.
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes across Europe Packaging spend from annual planning through to execution and delivery
- Design and implement forward-thinking procurement strategies across key packaging categories
- Co-create and standardize contract templates in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with quality standards
- Deliver against (and exceed) annual operating plans driving year-on-year productivity improvements
- Lead and execute RFIs RFPs and Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Negotiate complex and strategic agreements to unlock value
- Oversee day-to-day SAP ERP activities managing the full procure-to-pay cycle and resolving issues efficiently
- Stay ahead of the curve by benchmarking industry trends and best practices
- Build strong supplier partnerships driving performance through tracking and scorecards
Requirements
- Degree level education.
- Negotiation & Contracting expertise.
- Experience in Procurement (preferably in FMCG Packaging) Manufacturing Logistics or Engineering.
- Good knowledge of and capability in SAP (ideally 4HANA) MS Office.
- Between 3 to 5 years relevant industry experience
- You are able to work independently accurately and with a focus on quality whilst ensuring good hygiene and compliance with GMP regulations.
