Job Summary
Shipping & Fulfillment Coordinator (6-Month Temporary Role)
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Looking for a fast-paced role where you can stay active organized and make a real impact behind the scenes Join our team as a Shipping & Fulfillment Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring our products and supplies move accurately and efficiently to support our centers and members nationwide.
What Youll Do
- Receive inspect and ship member hair systems and vendor deliveries
- Verify accuracy of shipments hair logs and center boxes
- Identify and resolve any shipping variances to maintain quality standards
- Process and fulfill supply orders for corporate and franchise centers
- Handle priority requests from the field with urgency and precision
- Ensure all products meet quality expectations before shipment
Operations & Administration
- Support shipping and receiving operations including supply ordering
Complete weekly and monthly reports and documentation
- Assist with courier and mailing logistics
Team Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Production team
- Assist with inventory counts and department-wide initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and field partners on shipping needs

- Shipments are processed accurately and on time
- Supplies are stocked organized and delivered efficiently
- Requests and projects are completed within deadlines
- Strong collaboration across teams
What You Bring
- Comfortable using systems like Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Solid communication and basic math/reading skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
Work Environment
- Combination of office and warehouse setting
- Regular standing walking and computer use
- Hands-on role involving shipping receiving and inventory tasks
