Ensuring Charts Success
Seeking an enthusiastic self-starter who projects a can do attitude while managing multiple tasks and a few (or many) disruptions throughout the day. This position is perfect for the individual who thrives on variety of work and providing a high level of customer service. This position is located in our manufacturing facility in Ball Ground Georgia.
What Will You Do
Reception Duties:
- Answers main phone line greets visitors ensuring their needs are met; maintains visitor sign-in tablet and main lobby appearance
- Vending services & supplies: orders and stocks beverage for conference rooms: orders and stocks supply for breakrooms and supply cabinets: maintains the vending machines including issuing refunds for Ball Ground and corporate locations
- Training and conferences: reserves conference rooms and may assist facilitator with ordering materials/supplies; handles catering and clean-up; assists out-of-town visitors with lodging and transportation as needed
- Distributes mail and receives packages etc for the Ball Ground and corporate locations
Administrative Duties:
- Assists department managers with administrative activities related to safety quality purchasing etc
- Coordinates the monthly employee site meetings: schedules meetings room setup; materials creates monthly presentation template manages slide presentation during meetings and assists facilitators as necessary
- Assists with staffing and recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews reserving conference rooms pre-employment paperwork preparation of new hire orientation materials and packets badges etc
- Supports HR recognition activities such as preparation of monthly communications coordinating logistics/meals/materials for facility-wide events etc
Your Physical Work Environment Will Require
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand walk and sit.
- The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls and reach with hands and arms.
- The employee is occasionally required to stoop kneel crouch or crawl.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Your Experience Should Be...
- 3-5 years of administrative experience
- Proven ability to be action-oriented take initiative and thrive in a self-directed work environment
- Customer service oriented; friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
