Overview:
Due to continued growth Steppin Up Physical Therapy is seeking passionate Physical Therapists to join our team across Fort Wayne. We offer full-time opportunities (up to 40 hours/week) and flexible part-time roles (minimum 8 hours per week across two weekdays).

Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting treating a general caseload of all ages with the option to provide womens health services. Join a passionate and collaborative team.
The ability to develop a specialty or attain certification is encouraged and supported.
Full-time PTs are typically scheduled to treat 50 patients per week providing 1:1 direct patient care.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this full-time position starts in the ballpark of $70000 per year and increases depending on experience and qualifications. A bonus structure is available based on performance.

Work Schedule:
The clinic is open Monday-Friday. No weekends. No major holidays!

Job Requirements:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Active (or eligible for) Indiana state licensure.
Prior outpatient ortho experience preferred (New grads welcome!). Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available).
