JOB SUMMARY
Enhances the growth of gaming revenues through the development of our customer base. Actively walks the casino floor to sell and enroll new customers in the customer loyalty program (Caesars Rewards program). Maintains relationships with valued gaming guests and markets our gaming product to all guests. Supports Caesars Rewards team when needed.

$18.00 Per Hour
QualificationsWHAT YOU WILL NEED
- College degree preferred
- Must be at least 21
- Minimum of two (2) years of guest services experience preferred
- Must have the ability to resolve stressful situations
- Must have exceptional guest service skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication team-building and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work extended hours during special events including limited overnight travel
- Must have the ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- Must be willing to adhere to all New Jersey gaming regulations and guidelines
CER license is required
